Our voice is our greatest superpower
yet so many of us keep our inner superhero hidden from the world
Being a lifelong introvert, I spent many years afraid of being criticized, judged, and scared of not being good enough. I chose to be ”invisible” as a way to protect myself. I had lost confidence in myself, I was full of fear and self-doubt and was absolutely petrified by the idea of speaking in public. It stopped me from tapping into my own power and being able to empower others through my own story.
A few years ago, I promised myself “Enough is enough!”, and embarked on an exhilarating journey to let go of my fears and used my voice for good. In fact, I even gave a TEDx talk in 2022 to empower other women leaders and entrepreneurs to reveal their own superhero stories.

I realized that we are all leaders in both our personal and professional lives, and like the ripple effect of a pebble thrown into the pond, the consequences of our choices and decisions spread out to our family, our workplace, and the wider community, in ways we can barely imagine, or sometimes even know.
Learn to be intentional, and to connect with your inner leader, so that you can enrich the lives of others and create change for the better. Understand the win-win, that when you make choices that will positively impact people’s lives and futures, it will also provide you with a richer and more fulfilled life.
